This is my new favorite pizza place, and it's just minutes from home! I was addicted by the BBQ chicken pizza, and yesterday I tried the sausage and peppers (Quantum) pizza. Amazing. These folks are using quality ingredients and seasoning. Even the crust is perfectly crisp but chewy with the perfect amount of salt. Great service, TERRIBLE FOR MY WAISTLINE because I will not be able to stop going back.

Today I had the chance to try the Velocity Cheesesteak, so so good. The toasted Amoroso roll was perfect, the seasoning perfection. I will 100% going back for this again. Slice Theory, thank you for bringing this to Loudoun County!

This is the new pizza place in the Ashburn Ice House. Today was their first day open, so they were only serving pizza. I tried two slices—the Axiom, which is basic pepperoni, and the Infinity, which is a white pizza. The slices are quite large, and it only took about 3 minutes for them to be heated, so the service was super quick. The crust was crispy on the bottom, which I love, because I don’t like when my pizza is floppy, but the rest of the crust was soft and chewy. The pepperoni pizza was REALLY good…the sauce was super flavorful and some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The white pizza was also very good, but it’s the pepperoni pizza that I will probably order the most…because of the sauce!

I’m fairly strict with ranking pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve had in Loudoun County. Excellent new addition to Ashburn, especially since they have a by the slice option. Crust has that perfect crunch. High quality ingredients. Big filling slices. Highly recommend!
